The abstract image of the womb symbolizes the Great Mother's spirit that lives in each woman's body — the primal center, the feminine consciousness, the erotic body creature, the feelings, the instincts, etc. The pink colour represents femininity (blooming, tenderness, innocence and calmness) while gold is a symbol of masculinity (courage, wisdom, power and strength). This colour duality illustrates Jung's quote: "In the womb of the mother dwells the wisdom of the father". The theme of duality is also signified by the two ovaries which are a source of energy, the sum total of all possibilities, all potentials, fertility and abundance.
