The image of this tempting female body in an intentionally pretentious pose is an anthem praising woman as a divine source of life and blessings. She can conceive and give birth and participate in the greatest mystery namely bringing a soul into life. In the societal sense it means re-creating the role of the priestess and respecting the contribution of the women's role in business, science, art, politics, as well as the home and community. In a religious view this role reaffirms our connection to the divine, the goddess, the earth and each other. Honoring the sacred feminine in the human senseis valuing the innate worth of a woman’s mind, body and soul, as well as appreciating the "feminine" qualities in the male character.
