Embracing the life that she carries inside herself with her own two hands symbolizes a powerful representation of four female archetypes that many women would like to be in touch with. First, the Queen as a wise leader embraces and navigates the empire, a nation, a clan, or her own family being responsible for the safety and well being. Second, the Mother (Creator) is a life giver who maintains one single life or humanity and as the warrior defends her space for material existence. Third, the Wise Woman keeps the unseen. She is like the prophetess, mediator and communicator of secret knowledge that looks inward into the mysteries of being and realities of the female body. Finally, the Lover embraces the world with passion and hedonism enriching rigid order and sterile knowledge with Eros. The light colours in the painting symbolize the constructive dimension of these archetypes.
