Metamorphosis, 2016

"What the caterpillar calls the end of the world the master calls a butterfly,"— said Richard Bach. The law of transformation is the event when we move from a caterpillar's perspective (that is a limited view of the ego-personality by Jung) to a master's perspective (the eternal view of the soul) to a beautiful adventure into a bigger butterfly life (crystalization of Self). This process is happening not only in nature and in our bodies but on spiritual and psychological levels as well. Puzzling out (gold, pink and white colours) from the caterpillar stage to a beautiful coloured creature we re-appear as something new and better (figuratively we are growing our wings). The painting represents another quality of being.
