Lunar Effect, 2016

Surrounded by an aura of mystery, the moon and its influence (over tides, growth of vegetation, behaviour of animal and human moods) has always been an object of fascination. Since the moon is illuminated by the sun's rays it is also considered feminine in most mythologies and as a recipient it symbolizes intuition, empathy, hidden resources and subconscious activation. The image of the full moon is much like music in that it prompts a mysterious dance in life which involves growth and development. Literally, the full moon embodies maturity and reproduction keeping in mind that behind every great action there is always a woman or feminine energy.
