Based on Alexey Klokov’s art, the Assessment Systems of Russia company is implementing a unique coaching approach. The artist’s paintings contribute to the company’s offices’ psychological atmosphere and work as metaphorical associative cards (MAC).

MAC is a set of images the size of playing cards, which depict various situations, people, objects, etc. Many coaches have used metaphorical cards, but utilizing actual paintings is completely novel.
